We are a growing financial services company who is currently seeking a Receptionist/Admin for ourIrvinelocation. The requirements for this position are listed. This is an immediate opportunity so please apply below.



Potential Candidates must have 2+ years recent Receptionist experience in a fast paced professional environment. Experience handling multiple phone lines required.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

- Strong Excel skills, knowledge of 2007 Excel
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- General administrative and clerical support
- Prepare letters and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
