Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required - Minimum six months customer service, call center and/or sales experience preferred - May be required to undergo and pass applicable drug and background checks - Bilingual in English and Spanish (skill may or may not be required dependent upon position that is open) - Work assigned flex shift as requested to maximize recovery efforts - Basic knowledge of FDCPA preferred - Basic computer knowledge required.
