Provides inspiring leadership of the CS workstream within the region, actively supporting leadership/management colleagues and driving the Bank's change initiatives to deliver continuous performance improvement
Drives and implements Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, promoting a culture of sustainability in the workplace and ensuring all targets are met
Leads development and execution of objectives, plans and policies that can have a significant impact on the business unit's profitability and strategic direction
Creates medium-term plans and forecasts based on business strategy and external benchmarks
Empowers, manages, coaches and mentors direct reports and others in the organisation
Drives the achievement of high performance through effective career management, providing equitable opportunities, succession planning and talent management processes within group to ensure continuous development of people capability and delivery of results
Acts as a management role model, communicating SMART objectives at the beginning of the year, ensuring every team member has regular performance reviews and receives constructive feedback, encouraging career development, nurturing of talent and fostering diversity
