A leading global investment bank in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Manager of Client Services (CS) to translate the CS global strategy into a regional context, with a focus on achieving greater consistency through industrialisation, delivering price/value options for clients, leveraging increased automation and use of technology to ensure GLS-CRES Service Delivery Management (SDM) is fully aligned and integrated. Job Description  

Tasks/Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

  • Provides inspiring leadership of the CS workstream within the region, actively supporting leadership/management colleagues and driving the Bank's change initiatives to deliver continuous performance improvement
  • Drives and implements Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, promoting a culture of sustainability in the workplace and ensuring all targets are met
  • Leads development and execution of objectives, plans and policies that can have a significant impact on the business unit's profitability and strategic direction
  • Creates medium-term plans and forecasts based on business strategy and external benchmarks
  • Empowers, manages, coaches and mentors direct reports and others in the organisation
  • Drives the achievement of high performance through effective career management, providing equitable opportunities, succession planning and talent management processes within group to ensure continuous development of people capability and delivery of results
  • Acts as a management role model, communicating SMART objectives at the beginning of the year, ensuring every team member has regular performance reviews and receives constructive feedback, encouraging career development, nurturing of talent and fostering diversity
  • Supports Global Lead with management, budgeting and reporting of the operational expenditure portfolio, including the timely and accurate production of the Rolling Occupancy Plan (ROP)

Required Skills  

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity
  • Experience working in the Financial Services/Management industry
  • Highly developed Client Service skills
  • Strong communication, influencing, presentation and business planning skills
  • BA or BS
