Description:

CLOSE TO KENTUCKY BORDER: Reporting directly to the President of this privately owned healthcare service organization positioned to grow in the year 2012 over 150 million. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who meets the qualifications, and is looking to become part of an entrepreneurial organization. Providing direction and leadership to ensure branches within the region achieve short and long-term revenue growth and profitability goals. DIrects and coaches Directors of Operations in business management philosophy while ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and integrity within the regions billing, dispatch, sales and field operations. With full P & L responsibility for the region, the Regional VP of Operations facilitates client retention, service expansion and delivery of quality services. Must be a passionate numbers centric team leader/teacher and mentor. Must be detail orientated and possesses and entrepreneurial spirit. An understanding of and flair for lean management practices. Ensures the delivery of high quality customer service through regualar contact with clients, evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action as necessary. Analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve branch performance while ensuring profitable operations with full profit and loss accountability for the region. Oversees preparation and collection of data for executive reporting, benchmarking and dashboard reporting. Ensures branches maintain a consistent focus on high quality customer service. Coaches and develops Regional Management staff. Ensures region has well qualified individuals who are properly trained to carry out the company's mission. Directs implementation of best demonstrated industry and company practices. Assists in business plan and budget development, monitors progress against short and long term business objectives. Provides direction to sales staff on business development priorities and key sales actions. Provides guidance with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Promptly and effectively resolves legal, financial, administrative and human resource issues within the region. Oversees purchasing and ensures appropriate expenditure. Bachelors Degree required. 7+ years of progressively responsible business management experience. A working knowledge or healthcare management methods, financial management practices and general health care market trends and the trends in the local and regional markets.
