Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the management, coordination and direction of his/her respective teamsfor the overall coordination and distribution of the daily workflow of assigned tasksrequired for the completion and delivery of company products and services.
Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*
Supervise, coordinate and assign tasks to Workflow Team Leaders and/or Searchers/Examiners.
*
Consider business needs and implications of workflow to determine the proper distribution of tasks.
*
Continuously analyze and review orders in the queue, late item and production reports to ensure proper execution and achievement of established production and service goals. Communicate findings to Workflow Team Leaders and senior management, as needed.
* Respond to questions or inquiries from Workflow Team Leaders and/or Searchers/Examiners regarding complex, difficult, or challenging issues regarding process and assists in completing these difficult or complex issues.
* Handle all escalated client calls from customer service representatives.
* Identify areas of automation and assist in the development of software tools. Interface directly with IT resources to manage change control.
* Identify problems, research alternatives, drive and implement solutions for improvements in current processes.
* Work in conjunction with Quality Control Manager/Specialists to ensure staff is adhering to business practices, process and procedures; resolve issues and put measures in place to avoid issues from recurring.
* Coach, mentor and train staff to meet current and future business requirements.
* Assist with both regional and national new client implementation, including but not limited to workflow design, input around new product deliverables and disseminated the manner in which implementation will be carried out by operations.
* Serve as teh subject matter expert for geography assigned. This includes but it not limited to local custom and practice, title standards and general comprehension for the manner in which the Counties maintain public real estate records.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred:
* Proficient in company order processing platform and all internal data applications
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
May include Workflow Team Leaders, Searchers/Examiners, Order Entry Clerks, Typists

TRAVEL:
Minimal

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The work is sedentary, typically employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as paper, books, or notebooks.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment that requires normal safety precautions.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 4+ years related supervisory experience
* 7+ years industry experience
Preferred:
* Associates Degree
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
* Demonstrated analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
* Ability to identify risk, prioritize actions, and mitigate issue impact
* Outstanding people skills, with the specific ability to interact as a lead player
* Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills
* Must have the ability to be proactive to staff and client needs
* Ability to work in a high pressure environment
* Strong verbal, written and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to successfully manage within deadlines
* Solid understanding of logistics, process and procedures
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Web navigation required. Must have basic knowledge of other Microsoft Suite applications
