Representative - Customer Service Retail
The Customer Service Representative -Retail communicates with merchandiser on open issues and process EDI orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enter and process new orders in KWI 2. Follow up with merchandiser for new orders to meet closing dates 3. Process and audit EDI 8504. Check stock availability for re-order 5. Communicate with merchandiser on open issues such as late styles/orders, shippable orders per store 6. Attend weekly retail meeting 7. Run open orders report Daily and review orders to ensure timely shipping 8. Run allocation report and review with allocator for pick tickets that can be dropped 9. Work closely with shipping supervisor for pick tickets status 10. Communicate with shipping clerk for orders to be scheduled drop off / pick up
