Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Manage and coordinate the administrative functions of the RNS department by assisting Director/ Senior Director, and Managers, with support of Field Service Technicians and in building retailer relationships. This position is also a preparatory step toward the Account Manager position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist Account Managers and Senior Director in all administrative tasks of department operations, including preparing Catalina_Care presentations, tracking reports and distribution of productivity measure as outlined in MBO's
* Coordinate schedules, contractors, equipment purchase and delivery, training materials for new/remodel and new chain installs
* Coordinate and report on Asset Management including: paper orders and inventory, spare parts and inventories.
* Prepare Field Service Technicians paperwork, including time cards, logs and expenses for Account Manager review/approval
* Interface with Retailer Clients, electricians, etc. to identify and resolve issues.
* Interface with CMC personnel to identify and resolve issues; serve as liaison for FST's, Account Managers to the NCSC for problem solving/issue resolution
* Assist in development of retailer account relationships
* Communicate issues to supervision in an acceptable time frame
* Assist in management of CMC system integrity
* Begin to develop budgeting skills by assisting managers in reconciliation of Departmental Analysis and General Ledger Listing and coding of bills
* Take on additional responsibilities as directed by Senior Director EDUCATION:
Two (2) years of college, or equivalent industry experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous position of Field Service Technician
SPECIAL SKILLS:
* Working knowledge of PC hardware and software packages
* Use of Industry terms and vocabulary
* Proficient in use of Microsoft suite of office products. CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:
* Ability to work well with people
* Exceptional organization and time management skills
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work independent of supervision, but also functions well with direct supervision in an office environment
* Supervisory experience, training background and presentation skills are a plus
