General responsibilities include: Acting as brand liaison to customers- emailing confirmation of online orders, updates, etc. Answering product inquiries (fit of shoes, availability, estimated delivery, creating invoices, etc) There will be opportunity for wholesale sales experience as well
This will, for the most part, be a work-from-home internship and can be flexible with your schedule. However, we require you to have constant acces to email (whether via smartphone or laptop, etc) to answer customers asap.
