The Risk Reduction Program Contractor (RRPC) will implement all RRP processes, initiatives and programs under the auspices of the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP), U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). The Risk Reduction program’s objectives are to identify and address high-risk behavioral problems within Commands by promoting focused, coordinated actions on the part of the RRPC and Installation Prevention Team. RRPCs will consolidate installation risk data for analysis to be used for appropriate intervention strategy development; will ensure risk factor data is entered into the ACSAP RRP web-based system IAW regulatory requirements, and will interface with Mission Commanders of identified high-risk units to determine appropriate prevention and intervention strategies. RRPCs will ensure responsibilities are being met in support of unit deployment cycles by conducting Unit Risk Inventory (URI) and Re-integration Unit Risk Inventory (R-URI) surveys and by consulting with Commanders and identifying appropriate intervention services. RRCs will develop, with government approval, procedures and strategies designed to enhance RRP visibility on the installation, prepare reports on activities for submission to corporate leadership and will ensure tasks are performed on time and within budget. RRCs also participate in special projects as required. Required Skills
Effective administrative and organizational skills; effective business written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures; perform effective liaison and interaction with senior uniformed and civil service personnel; general level of mastery of Microsoft Office Products and web-based database applications. Candidates must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC). Required Experience
Typically requires 2-5 years of related experience; human resources, risk reduction programs, substance abuse programs, health promotion programs; Bachelor's Degree, experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Services, military service or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training; or work experience.
