RN MANAGER PATIENT CARE SERVICES - INTENSIVE CARE UNIT & EMERGENCY CARE CENTER - SFTM - 1.00 FTE - E

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, provides leadership organizes directs and coordinates the functions of the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Care Center and their programs. Assures compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Supervises the ICU and ECC staff. Responsible for implementation of the strategic plan delivery of services and functions consistent with the mission vision and philosophy of the organization.
BSN and current WI RN license required. Masters Degree preferred. 3-5 years progressive management experience with clinical experience in an area of supervision.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements including the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.
