SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER NEEDED NEAR TORRANCE!!!
The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER will be responsible for coaching and providing timely relevant feedback to sales representatives in order to assist them in better serving their customers. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER offers and recommends appropriate training where and when necessary. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER networks through course of daily activities to generate new leads and qualify leads gathered from trade shows and/or other venues to establish new direct customers and distributors. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER utilizes a comprehensive knowledge of the company industry, competition, and the clients to develop and execute strategies that generate business and strengthens the company's position in the marketplace. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER recommends creative ideas that improve the company's competitive position. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER will oversee all news releases, editorials, features, and social media postings. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER will supervise the design and production of all publications and marketing initiatives to ensure consistent branding. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER will help establish strategic goals for advertising to meet corporate objectives. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER will coordinate with outside vendors for publications, pricing, freelancers and suppliers including all graphics/trade show graphics materials. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER should have seven plus years sales management and media relations experience, preferably in a clinical diagnostics and/or healthcare industries. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER must have experience in social media and knowledge of medical device industry is preferred. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER should have knowledge of current graphic design practices and web production software desired. The SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER should have excellent computer (MS Office Suite) and budget management skills.
