OPPORTUNITY: As ourBranch Account Executive, you will aggressivelydevelop new accountsand establish a portfolio of clients.. You will get off to aquick startby tapping into an extensive database of qualified prospects within your geographic territory. Use yourrelationship buildingskills andpeople serving attitudeto build rapport with prospects, evaluate their needs, close sales, and turn them into long-term clients. Develop an account base that keeps growing each year throughmulti-year equipment leases with a 90% retention rate, thus, building a growing income stream for you!
Reporting to and working closely with the Branch Sales Manager, you will receive progressive product training, in-fieldsales training, and corporate sales training. We help youpave your path to successevery step of the way! And, ourreps stay the course of time, so you will also learn from veteran pros.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Engage a provensales processto systematically and enthusiasticallyprospect for new accounts. * Call onC-level suite executives, Presidents, CIOs, CFOs, marketing and facility managers. * Identify prospects? business needs, recommend solutions,and obtain information to prepare a competitive solution. * Establish trusting relationshipswith prospects and clients. * Update your clients on new products and services to unearth new business opportunities. * Effectively partner with sales and servicestaff to best serve clients.
SUCCESS FACTORS: * Minimum2years of proven sales success, preferably in a technology related field, or dealer/distributor sales environment. * Proven successselling to C-levelcorporate managers. * Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. * ?Just Do It?mentality withconfident, approachable andprofessionaldemeanor. * Strong problem solving skills with the ability tothink on your feet. * Technically savvyand able to determine systems requirements. * Self accountablewithstrong internal drive to succeed. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Sharp Business Systemswill reward your talents with a compensation plan that includes acompetitive base salary plus a lucrative commission planwith unlimited upside potential. Firstyear potential is $50-60k and second year $75-80K. Star performers make $150K+!
