Major Job Duties Include: *Monitor Chrysler supplier ratings and work with Manufacturing plants and central departments to improve the ratings. *Monitor and assist in answering the Chrysler Capacity Database. *Support the divisions with collection of overdue invoices and tooling recovery. *Collect and submit plant TS16949 certificates and MMOG certificates. *Assistance on preparing briefing papers, CPM and CSM meetings. *Coordinate information and activities across multiple Bosch divisions. *Insure up to date Bosch contact information in Chrysler supplier contact database. *Download and distribute incoming Chrysler Purchase Orders. *Maintain department website Training for Bosch employees on Chrysler applications Monthly and weekly customer quality reporting. *Administrator for Chrysler Covisint Portal, Chrysler programs on iPoint.
Minimum Job Requirements Include: *Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business. *Good communication skills. *Willing to work with other cultures. *Willing to take initiative and open to flexibility in tasks. *Good computer skills with Microsoft programs, web design and internet based applications.
Desired: *3 years minimum experience in automotive.
