Sales - Customer Service
Exciting, growing fashion brand seeks a bilingual French Customer Service Assistant. (Will be required to complete a written French/English assessment.)
Responsibilities:
Account Management - Primary contact for selected wholesale accounts - Liaison between buyers, commercial sales and counterparts at European headquarters. - Insure timely and positive follow through on any issues - Research, process and resolve RTV requests - Research/reverse charge backs - Run and analyze reports as needed
Order Entry - Enter and transmit orders for all sales lines, including Men and Women and Accessories for Wholesale. - Responsible for accuracy while processing and checking all orders within the given deadlines - Follow through on any order changes - Review and send order confirmations to customers - File orders and any related documentation in a timely fashion
Shipping - Assist clients with the pre-classification of merchandise - Monitor production status to ensure that merchandise will ship within allocated delivery window - Obtain authorization to release merchandise and negotiate extensions as needed
Finance Support - Work closely with finance department to facilitate a timely collection of payments / pre-payments
