ABM Industries, is the industry leading Janitorial and Facility Services provider in the United States and, has a requirement for an aggressive self-starter with a proven track record in direct sales for territory which encompasses the Phoenix, AZ area.

Job Summary Responsibilities:
* Sells ABM Janitorial Services products and services.
* Develops new accounts and provides customer service to existing accounts
Job Requirements:
* Obtain customer contracts and sales orders to meet or exceed established sales quotas
* Submit accurate and timely sales reports in format specified
* Submit information to National Sales Coordinator regarding national accounts
* Develop sales plans for creating new leads
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with all accounts. Inform Branch Manager of any problems regarding communications or relationships with any chain or account
* Perform customer surveys as required
* Review specific objectives with Branch Manager on a regular basis
* Coordinate with and assist operations personnel as necessary
* Communicate with Operations Manager, Service Manager and Field Supervisors any activities and work in progress
* Maintain technical knowledge on products of the industry
* Conduct a minimum amount of weekly sales presentations
* Prepare proposals for new clients. Review proposal with Branch Manager. Assure that credit approvals have been received before proceeding
* Maintain a constant market analysis of existing target areas. Develop trends for future business
* Keep Branch Manager informed of all activities. Coordinate activities with other sales personnel
* Prepare special instructions and maps for field personnel as required
* Maintain current files of all correspondence, proposals and contracts on all accounts
* Schedule and conduct sales presentations with Branch Manager, National and Regional Sales Manager
