Description
We are currently hiring personal account specialists for a well-respected Fortune 500 credit card company. We assist this client with everything from customers applying for a new credit card account to customers calling to cancel their account. Some of our customers may be calling with questions about their accounts and sometimes with some sort of customer service issue. We will resolve any concerns they have, as well as ask the customer questions about how much money they spend monthly, how they spend that money (cash, credit card, or debit card), and how we can make our client’s credit card the first card they reach for when making a purchase. The account is currently looking for dynamic sales individuals as well as individuals who provide a superior customer service experience and have excellent problem-solving skills. The hours of operation are Monday – Sunday 6a-10p. The position pays $9.50 per hour and offers lucrative performance based incentives.
Based on specific assignment, may also make outbound calls to existing customers to offer the product enhancements or benefits described above and/or top-shelf products to provide high-value servicing of top-end customers.
Minimum Requirements for Employment: (1) High School Diploma / GED (2) Background Check*(3) Drug Screen *Background Check · Felony convictions may disqualify you from employment consideration. · Other disqualifying offenses include, but may not be limited to, dishonesty, fraudulent behavior, theft, corporate crimes, etc. · No PENDING charges of any nature
Hours of Operation: Hours of operation are between 6am – 10pm with varying shifts in each market. Please make sure you list your availability (not your preferred schedule) on your application so we can determine if considering you would allow us to meet our staffing needs. Note:Typically - training occurs on 2 shifts only (AM 7am – 2:15pm and PM 2:45 – 10pm.) May vary on specific group/trainer needs. Actual schedules are provided following training.
