Sales Training & Development Manager in Direct Sales MLM
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MLM ORGANIZATION
Objective: The Sales Training & Development Manager is responsible for actively engaging sales efforts across the independent sales force through a variety of engagement mediums such creating training plans, incentives, recognition programs and events to motivate the sales force. As part of the Sales & Marketing Department, this position will work closely with the Field and Development Department and will be reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities: • Assess and identify areas of training needs for the independent sales force • Create and develop training for the independent sales force • Create and develop and manage the strategy, planning and execution of all sales force, incentives and recognition that will highly motivate the independent sales force ensure that they are aligned with the compensation plan and all brand activities • Design programs and communication materials, execute logistics, analyze results to ensure that the incentive programs are generating the desired results and ROI • Develop and plan highly creative and motivational events to truly engage the field • Manage the planning of regional and national sales conferences • Communicate recognition, incentives, and promotional activities across the independent sales force • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or Communications, MBA preferred • 5+ years experience in an MLM organization • 5+ years experience with creation, development, and deliverable of sales training content • 2+ years experience working in field sales highly desired • Proven experience delivering results for multiple projects, multiple tasks, and multiple people • 3+ years in a sales management role • Proven experience delivering content and sales material for communication within the direct selling or cosmetics industry desired • Polished and professional communication skills with solid written, verbal, and online emphasis • Dynamic presentation abilities across multiple mediums including: WebEx, Podcasting, online training, conference calls, live meetings, and one on one coaching • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Project) • Willingness to travel up to 25%
