Project: The implementation is about to go live on April 1. They are looking for someone to come on full time to do the ongoing maintenance/support/administration of the system.
Ideally, they are looking for a Certified Administrator with 5 years experience and some development experience. Role is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager IT. . Minimum 5 years experience with business analysis and related process analysis directly with top tier CRM applications. . Minimum 5 years experience with CRM administration. Some Development experience is a plus. . Strong knowledge of Salesforce business processes and workflows; demonstrated understanding of custom objects, fields, assignments and escalation rules, reports and dashboards. Security, Web and Database services and APEX development experience preferred. . Administrator Certification preferred . Strong skills in the Microsoft .NET 2.0 framework with a minimum of 3 years recent experience with C# and ASP. Proven ability with a variety of application development languages such as VBA, .NET, and ASP required. Proven expertise with application development tools and software. Strong knowledge of D/HTML, JavaScript and CSS preferred. Familiarity with XML/XSLT, SOAP, Web services, and/or AJAX (including experience applying service-oriented concepts in application architecture) a plus. . Proven experience with structured query language (PL/SQL), relational database design and stored procedure development. Familiarity with Oracle and MS SQL Server required. . Demonstrated understanding of factors that influence application performance, scalability and usability. Familiarity with related industry standards and technical best practices and the ability to translate these to the enterprise. . Experience supporting enterprise systems, with a preference for familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM, CRM and Human Resources, Ceridian Human Resources, Payroll and LMS, SharePoint and Documentum. . Bachelor's degree required (with a preference for a specialty in IT, computer sciences, or business OR an advanced degree) or relevant experience in information technology and application design and support.
