Sample Specialist
The position is responsible for providing merchandising support to the Merchant Team through a variety of daily tasks including Sample Management, Visual Merchandise Coordination and Reporting.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Administers the logistics and movement of sample merchandise for the eCommerce Team; makes requests for merchandise samples as need to support various non-mailer functions including provides sample status updates for Key Stakeholders Meetings. - Partners with Front-Line Visual groups; attending meetings pertaining to stage sets, and outfitting of non mailer; coordinates Proof Flash Catalogs with Product Ops Coordinator - Maintains Sample Closet and filter older samples to Company Store as needed - Partners with Merchants on Finalizations (Style-Outs) and Mailer reviews; updates and communicates changes as needed. - Assists DTC Merchants with outfitting for non-mailer Merchant Finalizations (Style-Outs) - Serves as a liaison between Operations and Merchandising on Site Reviews provides changes relative to product set up - Serves as liaison between the Call Center and eCommerce Operations - Creates presentation decks and informational packages for all special projects - Performs Site QA and reports findings to business partners as needed - Distributes inquiries from Copy Team to appropriate business partner.
