The Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Security Technology (ST), Facility Security Engineering Division (FSE) requires the Contractor to be responsible for providing robust program management to plan, schedule, and manage the overall worldwide process of performing Technical Security System Assessments (TSSAs), Technical Security Effectiveness Evaluations (TSEEs), Technical Security Upgrades (TSUs), and Vehicle Barrier Program (VBP) support.
Responsibilities:

Entry level position with zero to two years of related experience as an installation manager of complex integrated access control, intrusion detection, CCTV and related mechanical systems. The SIM shall supervise multiple installation crews simultaneously at a specific facility project for a variety of complex installation tasks including the installation of cables, conduits, wire ways, equipment cabinets, panels and electronic equipment. Must know all aspects of the installation of I-Star, C-Cure access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and related systems. Posses the ability to read and comprehend schematics, blue prints, wiring diagrams and associated engineering drawings. Must be able to complete manufacturers’ certification on various equipment and systems. Insures installation schedules and resource requirements are complied with. Acts as the company representative at critical or highly sensitive base or remote locations, including customer or supplier facilities. Acts as company contact in the field with customer and contractor personnel, exercising a high degree of tact, diplomacy and mature judgment, conforming to company policy directions with a minimum of supervision. Plans, prepares and conducts on-the-job training as required in support of the foregoing activities. Will provide work leadership to lower level employees.
Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. Ability to obtain a TS security clearance. Preference to travel and familiarity with the Department of State.
