Senior Publisher Account Manager - Ad Exchange/Marketplace
Description: The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer success and satisfaction with products while contributing to long-term client loyalty. Will collaborate cross-team with sales, client services, and product management to ensure superior service delivery and customer support.
Role: Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and support team to manage publisher expectations during the customer life cycle. Looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, and someone who is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: * Manage projects and the process of client on-boarding along with the support team * As needed, manage customer escalations * Work closely with customers as well as internal support team on identifying best practices for use of the product * Coordinate meetings with customers to talk about future roadmaps * Pinpoint opportunities for professional services team * Identify needed documentation and assist with onboarding processes to streamline customer needs * Maintain customer engagement documentsKey Metrics: * Customer satisfaction reports * Customer loyalty and retentionRequirements: * Exceptional background in ad-management and ad-serving platforms and technology * Required: minimum of two or three years of online experience-with focus on online account management, trafficking, ad ops, or similar * Must have experience with hands-on servicing and supporting clients with advertising products and technology * Proven track record of building exceptional personal relationships, overcoming rough issues in positive ways and nurturing lasting inter-company partnerships * Outstanding teamwork and communications skills - both internally and externally * A proven passion for working in a hard-charging startup atmosphere with some ambiguity and few processes and rules * Extremely organized, capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines and with excellent attention to detail * Experience with CRM or incident tracking/management systems such as Siebel, , Clarify, Remedy, etc. * Strong academic record, BA preferred (or equivalent) * Good working knowledge of any or all of the following ad servers: Doubleclick, GAM, OpenX, Zedo
