We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Client Engagement team. Core Duties/Responsibilities:
* Act as day-to-day point person in all aspects of digital media execution * Lead client and internal status meetings; oversee weekly status reports * Oversee quality completion of digital media campaigns * Understand the basics of clients marketing strategy; help to keep deliverables on strategy * Primary liaison between client and analytics team * Create and interpret media analysis; develop insights and recommendations for analytics team * Identify opportunities for deeper, advanced analytics solutions * Assist in being liaison with partners, publishers, and agencies for timely delivery of materials * Provide project management on all digital media campaigns o Oversee priorities and setting expectations on deliverables o Oversee cross-team coordination (media, analytics, search, email, social, etc.) o Delegate daily work for team by providing clear and timely direction * Partner with Account Director to define media, mobile and social strategies * Anticipate clients questions * Assist in developing responses to and solutions for client questions; helps AD in responding to complex client issues with solutions * Support AD on client risks and opportunities * Build strong rapport with clients * Demonstrate thinking from client perspective * Understand Razorfish’s service offerings * Adhere to Razorfish’s competencies o Innovative work: constantly challenge yourself and team members to deliver innovative work o Collaboration: work together to realize shared goals and solutions o Communication: tell a story or frame a discussion or presentation for maximum influence o Accountability: take responsibility for actions and decisions, and be answerable for resulting consequences o Authenticity: bring authentic self to work each day; doesn’t put on a façade Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
* Proven experience in managing internal teams * Microsoft Office proficiency required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong time-management and organizational skills * Highly organized and able to bring structure to problems * “Can-do” attitude and proven ability to work in team environment * Flexible and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment * Strong client-service orientation and proven team player * BA or equivalent experience required * 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
