Title Senior Accounting Manager Requirements - A Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA desired, but not a must - 8+ years of experience - Experience with a nationally recognized firm a plus - Manufacturing industry experience preferred - JD Edwards experience a plus - Understanding of IFRS a plus - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Strong analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Function A Leading Manufacturing Company located in Middlesex County, New Jersey is searching for a Senior Accounting Manager who will be responsible for the following: Duties - Prepare monthly financial reporting package for senior management - Reporting variances to expected and prior results - Work closely with senior management on measuring performance and discussing plans and strategies to reach goals - Coordinate the preparation and distribution of the monthly to senior management and provide commentary - Oversee monthly inventory and cost of goods analysis - Provide monthly inventory projections to be utilized in the company's cash forecasting process - Monitor actual expenses for various cost centers - Oversee the timely preparation of monthly account analysis and independently make adjustments as necessary - Supervise and coordinate the annual budget and forecasting process related to various cost centers - Provide analysis to cost center management to assist in the process - Partner with financial planning and analysis group in preparation of budgets, forecasts and regular updates - Prepare and Provide required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting - Supervise and coordinate the work efforts of a staff and provide guidance and advice to team members - Document and maintain good internal controls and procedures related to systems and processes - Provide necessary support and analysis during the annual financial audit - Provide appropriate system training to staff LOCATION Job Location New Jersey Relocation COMPENSATION Pay $120,000-$130,000 Type Permanent Duration OTHER Comments If you are interested in this excellent opportunity (and/or others similar to it) please forward your resume to and/or call us at .
