Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Documents functional, non-functional requirements and translates as required for Development team. Require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has worked on very large, data-centric projects utilizing Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouse platforms. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Experience working in a structured framework (Agile, Waterfall, etc) and seeks apply SDM and be structured when performing role. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Must have managed a team. May lead and direct the work of others. In a permanent role, this person would manage Sr/Lead BSAs, manage projects, and report directly to a Director.
