SCREENING CRITERIA:

1. A minimum of 2 years experience creating and updating spreadsheets in excel or access computer programs.

2. A minimum of 2 years experience researching information and updating computer screens.

3. A minimum of 1-year experience ordering supplies and maintaining supply inventory.

4. A minimum of 2 years sorting, distributing mail, and filing.

5. At least 1 year of customer service experience dealing face to face with the public.

6. Must be willing to accept the annual minimum salary of $21,532.94.

DESCRIPTION:

Coordinates personnel activities and/or purchasing. This may include, but not limited to hiring, termination, attendance, and leave, maintaining in house personnel records.

Evaluates and edits data and enter it into automated information systems. This may include, but is not limited to genetic testing, time sheets, and research notices.

Prepares letters, memos, reports legal documents and other forms or correspondence which are required in the processing of IV-D child support cases or otherwise required to be prepared to ensure that overall operational functions within the office are performed.

Accesses automated information systems, microfiche, and other data sources to record pertinent information pertaining to retroactive child support arrears, Court records and birth information.

Uses the Financial Management Collection Deletes and Transfers screens to reallocate collections from one account to another on the same case with written authorization of Region Quality Assurance Staff.

Receives, processes, and distributes mail.

Maintains phone coverage including screening incoming calls, taking messages, transferring calls, and handling routine situations. Acts as a Receptionist as required.

Performs other related duties as required.
