Senior Director of Operations
Prepares and Manages Internal Sales, Margin, and Shipping Budgets on multiple SBUs or Brands. Interfaces with Wholesale Account Personnel, Retail Planning and Merchandising to execute seasonal buys in excess of $400 mil annually. Controls investment of inventory by maintaining an Open-to-Buy process in their work group. Manages the preparation of monthly business updates and present to Senior Management. Directs the activities of Operations Manager, Forecast Manager, Account Analyst, Master Planner, and Replenishment Analyst. Attends account meetings in person or via conference calls to discuss state of the business or future programs. Directly responsible for the preparation and delivery of the weekly Operations meeting. May serve a liaison for special projects with other functional areas. Participate in logistics strategy. May serve as backup to VP of Operations.
