District Manager: Directly responsible for the overall administration and profitable operation of the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina geographic area including the development of employees, expense/labor control, and market growth. Responsible for indirect/direct management of jobs in Raleigh/Durham area. Emphasis will be placed on establishing strong working relationships with customers and future customers.
Job Summary Responsibilities: * Maintain operational knowledge and familiarity with all accounts. * Contact customers on a regular basis. * Adhere to and enforce company policy. * Productive interaction with all staff. * Interact with subcontractors and with insurance, legal, supply and expense issues on a daily basis. * Ascertain contractual obligations to customers within specific budgets. * Adhere to branch financial goals through submitting reports as well as monitor and oversee labor costs related to accounts. * Utilize proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with employees and supervisors. * Perform Safety and HR Audits * Interview and select new employeesaccording to company policies. * Perform job counseling and issue employee discipline * Check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports * Perform all other duties uirements:
* College degree or related experience equivalent in the janitorial field. * 2-4 years Supervisory Experience. * 2-4 years Customer Service Experience * Thorough knowledge of branch janitorial services. * Valid drivers license. * Pass background check. * Manager level experience with typical computer applications. * Ability to participate in and lead customer-level meetings. * Ability to effectively communicate, read and write in English. Compensation. * Salary Range $40,000 - $45,000. Based on experience. * Full Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD/STD, 401K, Stock Options) * Company Vehicle
