Your primary mission as the Senior Events Director at UBM Electronics in San Francisco, CA will be to create, lead, and execute a series of live, face-to-face events under our various brands. In doing so, you will shape the vision for each and lead its execution. You will leverage your prior experience in event creation and production to be successful from day one. Your expertise in managing mid-sized events will also allow you to hit the ground running, as you will manage events that range in size from 1,500 to 10,000 attendees, the largest of which pulls in approximately $5M in revenue. We will look to you to define the concept of each event, execute around that concept, and know how to successfully drive and increase attendance each year. This role will also require strong collaboration both within Electronics and across UBM, communication, and team leadership skills as you lead our event Sales Manager and other event support staff. We will also look for strong public speaking and presentation skills, as you will be the face of UBM Electronics at each event.
