Robert Half Management Resources in currently searching for a Senior Financial Analyst for it's large publicly held client. the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for: -Managing and/or performing day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, cash disbursements, fixed assets and payroll. -Managing the completion of and/or completing general ledger account analyses, reconciliation and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by the Corporate Controller and/or CFO. -Managing day-to-day operations of assigned staff of five including an Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant and three AP specialists. -Assisting the Assistant Controller and/or Corporate Controller in the preparation and timely filing of Exchange Act reports with the SEC. -Assisting as necessary in interim reviews and annual audits with the independent auditing firm. -Supporting Assistant Controller and/or Corporate Controller in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 efforts. -Evaluating and implementing internal control policies and procedures as directed by the Corporate Controller.
