Overview:
Oak Grove Technologiesis seeking highly qualified candidates for the position ofSenior Help Desk Support Representative. The Senior Help Desk Support Representative will be located in Tampa, with occasional travel stateside and OCONUS. The position will be supporting the TACLAN, a modular, scalable family of computer network equipment and workstations, providing the tactical equivalent of USSOCOM’s SOF Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence Automated System (C4IAS) and Special Operations Command Research, Analysis, and Threat Evaluation System (SOCRATES) networks. The TACLAN contractor shall provide TACLAN Systems Production, Logistics, and Sustainment Support Services. The TACLAN contractor shall also manage, support, service, and maintain all hardware, software, facilities, and personnel associated with the TACLAN Family of Systems.
Responsibilities:
General Overview: * Contractor shall provide Level 3 on-site and/or dispatch technical support, as required, to respond to, track, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all TACLAN-related system hardware and software incidents. * Contractor shall dispatch and provide onsite support for USSOCOM designated sites as needed in response to support requests that cannot be resolved by Distributed Computing contractor and/or Government personnel. The TACLAN contractor shall ensure that any technicians assigned to provide support are fully trained and possess all necessary diagnostic and repair tools and replacement parts required to support and resolve the problem and/or request. * TS/SCI is required
