Brief Description of Role

As a FIDS Senior Manager / Director, you'll display an especially high level of competency in at least one of these three areas: business development, technical knowledge, or internal operations. You will have strong client delivery and engagement management experience. As a trusted advisor, you'll identify and develop client and market growth opportunities and use your key subject matter knowledge to develop thought leadership for clients. By employing your knowledge and experience, you'll facilitate resolution of conflicts and politically sensitive issues internally and with client teams. As a valued leader, you'll create and direct high-performing teams across the firm, improves others' learning opportunities and create and deliver cross practice team learning events. You will determine that all client work is delivered to a high standard of quality in accordance with Ernst & Young's Quality & Risk Management guidelines

Key Responsibilities

Co-determine with the Partner, the audit strategy and risk assessment and project manage the delivery of internal audit services to complex/challenging clients. Manage key client relationships and win work by proactively managing existing clients and targeting new ones. Lead (with Partners) the development of future client service leaders at all levels and create an environment for individual growth and effective delivery. Monitor delivery of client service satisfaction. Co-develop and document the engagement risk management approach and ensure adequate consideration of the risks and review of the working papers throughout the assignment.

Qualifications
? Strong academic record including a degree (in any subject)
? Professional accountancy qualification
? Simultaneously handling diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations
? Skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
? Proficiency in Arabic language skills are highly desirable
