We're looking to appoint a Senior Manager to grow our Health Advisory practice in Sydney. You will be a key player in helping to build the health team, you will also be heavily involved in utilising your established networks to build the practice and create opportunity for your team. This highly successful group is managed by leaders who are prominent in the Australian health industry. Working closely with these influential individuals, you'll have the opportunity to create a name for yourself in the consultancy space.
To be successful in this position you will have well established networks within the Australian health industry and MUST have recent external consulting experience.
You'll have extensive experience in one or more of the following: * Hospital or Health System Performance Improvement * Performance management and organisational design * Clinical improvement and clinical redesign * Financial management, costing and casemix in hospitals and /or health systems * Program Evaluation * Economic and cost-benefit analysis * Health system planning & services planning * The focus would be to work across exciting projects such as performance optimisation of an entire state health system, development of a National Framework, the preparation of a ten year Capital Plan for a state health system and an Implementation Plan for a funding proposal for a state health system.
