Job Description The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and execute the global marketing strategy for BAX111, a recombinant von Willebrand coagulation factor. BAX111 is currently in phase III study and has the potential to become a key product in the Hemophilia Franchise.
The Senior Marketing Manager's primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the marketing campaign that will support the launch and drive global adoption of BAX111. This includes working closely with the Group Marketing Manager in developing the BAX111 marketing strategy (positioning, segmentation, messaging, etc.) and leading launch related advertising and promotional initiatives, including the development of the BAX111 marketing campaign, the brand book and global branding support tools for regional marketers.
Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for commercial input into the SPM process, driving financial and market analysis to support R&D prioritization and decision making.
As part of the BAX111 Commercial Team, the Senior Marketing Manager will also work with members of the team on other aspects of the global strategy including product management, medical marketing, market access, communications, and market research as required.
This position requires strong facilitation and communications skills as well as excellent organizational & project management skills. It is expected that the appropriate individual will be experienced and able to perform the above tasks with limited input from the Group Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements Minimum 5-8 years in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry with four years of relevant marketing experience which may include a combination of product management, brand management, and/or medical marketing. Requires strong facilitation and communications skills as well as excellent organizational & project management skills.
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred.
