The Digital Simulation engineering team has an open position for a software engineer. The successful individual will be involved in the creation of components which deliver Software as a Service functionality to product teams and will report to the Software Development Manager of the Software as a Service Platform team. ideas. Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development and support of software components which enable the delivery of Autodesk products in Software as a Service workflows. * Work collaboratively with product teams to integrate components. * Participate in design discussions and code reviews. * Assist the team in producing estimated schedules and plans. * Resolve software issues logged by customers or internal staff. Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a computing related domain. * 1 or more years of technical experience in software product development. * Strong knowledge of C++ in a Windows environment, with some exposure to C#, .NET and COM * Experience of web technologies such as ASP, PHP, HTML or JavaScript are a plus * Ability to multi-task effectively and be easily adaptable/flexible within a fast-paced environment. * Effective collaboration with team members across a range of backgrounds and geographies. * Competent written and verbal communication skills.
