Position Summary:
IntelliDyne is seeking a senior technical proposal analyst to coordinate and write technical proposals and support the development of technical proposal library content. This is a position that requires a "renaissance" person who can wear many hats and act as coordinator, writer, SME, and analyst. This is a senior level analyst position focused on technology offerings that requires demonstrated proposal performance supporting a range of procurement types (full & open, IDIQ, task orders, etc), as well as qualifications in information technology (BS in Computer Science, relevant certifications, other training, or experience). The successful candidate will have a successful approach to developing winning proposal content-across planning, coordinating, writing, editing, reviewing, and finalizing. The candidate will have a proven approach to "getting the winning story" and collaborating with Capture Managers and SMEs to write the solution.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
. Develop compliant annotated outlines for proposal sections, primarily the technical approach, but this role will occasionally support the management approach, past performance, resumes, and plans. . Write, review, and edit proposal and library content materials, primarily for the U.S. Government. . Content will focus on compliance, incorporation of win themes, concept of operations, and responsiveness. . Function as a volume manager as required and-for small proposal efforts-proposal manager. . Adhere to applicable business development processes and procedures including tools and document archiving and management; in the execution of the proposal process. . Assist in establishing and implementing publishing standards compliance.
Essential Functions & Percentage of Time Spent on Each:

. Must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technology discipline. Liberal Arts degrees will be considered with demonstrated technical qualifications. Likewise, technology degrees will be considered with demonstrated proposal writing qualifications. . 5+ years of continuous, proven federal government proposal experience, specifically the Department of Defense (DoD) technical volume management/technical approach writing. . Must have excellent proposal writing skills, communication skills, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills as daily interaction with all levels of management will be required. . Understanding of U.S. Government procurement and proposal processes. . Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and broad direction. Ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment. . Proficient in MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat. . Experience with Federal Healthcare systems, ITIL, CMMI, PMI (PMBOK) is highly desirable. . Active clearance is desirable-the ability to obtain clearance is required.
