Description: We are currently seeking a Senior Tester to create and maintain the QC Plan and Test Strategy document. This position provides test expertise and coaching, participates in the requirements meetings with the customer, and assists the test specialists in understanding of the application and writing effective test cases. The Senior Tester will coordinate test activities with the project team, collect and share metrics with project team, coordinate defect management, Test Director training and administration.
Skills Desired: The successful candidate will have Computer Science, Engineering or related degree; at least three years experience as a Test Lead. The Senior Tester will have good communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening; analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work within a team setting and independently, quickly learn and understand business and technical requirements.
