The primary objective of this position is to improve all aspects of care delivery at Suburban Hospital by enhancing outcomes and performance improvement processes, clinical resource utilization, active cultivation of aligned physicians, and developing new and enhancing existing clinical programs and sources. The SVPMA will be responsible for providing oversight and service support of professional staff activities and will work closely with Suburban Hospital's officers, departmental chairpersons and divisional/sub-section leaders. The SVPMA is the designated medical safety officer of Suburban Hospital and reports to the President/CEO.
