Position Description:
This position is part of the Division of Motorist Services, which works to enforce the highest possible standards to keep dangerous drivers off the streets, prevent identity theft and keep our borders safe and takes seriously their responsibility to Florida taxpayers: to maintain title and registration information on your vehicle preventing fraud and ensuring that you get what you pay for when you buy a vehicle or a motor home.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for typing, updating and designing audits assessment letters, memos, letters, bulletins, reports, forms, manuals, and procedures using Microsoft Excel and Word. This position is also responsible for answering telephone calls from registrants, other jurisdictions and the public. The selected applicant will be responsible for processing reports and schedules furnished registrants and other jurisdictions. Completes or assists in the completion of special projects such as the annual reports, quarterly reports and management reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for this position:
* Ability to handle multiple projects.
* Ability to prepare written reports and letters.
* Ability to organize and maintain files.
* Skill in answering telephone calls.
* Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
