Also ensures 100% compliance with all company guidelines, policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Assist and carry out all facets of building cleaning activities. Supports Account Lead and/or Foreperson in scheduling and assignment of employees. Process necessary paperwork. Ensure cleaning is done to ABM and Client specification. Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients. General cleaning duties. Other duties as required by manager or according to site demands.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Janitorial experience a plus. Confidentiality and discretion in customer dealings. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the business needs. Ability to pass ABM/Client background check requirements.
Hours Days of the week vary with some weekends and Holidays, Shift hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
