Duties:
Responsible for managing shop activity for the West Virginia Service Center. Responsible for supervising Technical Support personnel., and for overseeing daily shop operations. Responsibilities include shop scheduling, staff supervision, and customer service. The Shop Supervisor also provides back-up coverage to the SC Operations Manager during his/her absence. Ensure that employees are properly trained for their assignments and training records are updated. Generate and review all employee performance appraisals. Responsible for all EH&S/ACE/Quality activities within the area. Administrative duties in support of Service Center Manager

Previous experience as a successful manager/supervisor. Bachelor Degree or Associate' degree along with related experience required. Must possess FAA Aircraft and Powerplant license. Successful candidate must possess proven leadership, interpersonal, and customer relation skills. Successful candidate must create a TEAM environment. Self-motivated, high-energy leader with the initiative to direct and lead. Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management. . Strong communication skill with proven leadership using motivation and empowerment to instill cooperation and respect from his/her reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous technical experience with P&WC products. Proficient in SAP, MS Office and Lotus notes. Previous experience as a manager/supervisor in aviation aftermarket support. Proficient in ACE Tools and philosophy.
