TEACHER Preview Exam
The Department of Health and Services (DHS); Division of Long Term Care (DLTC); Central Wisconsin Center (CWC) for the Developmentally Disabled, in Madison. Currently there is one full-time and one part-time vacancy Duties: The teacher will design and implement a data based educational program to meet the assessed individual needs of the students. Participate on a multidisciplinary team and complete all required paperwork/documentation/monitoring of goal progress for both the Cardinal School and the Center. Provide training to others and engage in special projects upon request. Work is performed under the professional supervision of the Education Director. Special Notes: Must possess a Multicategorical Teaching Certification (ED, LD, CD),ORteaching certification in Cognitive Disabilities (810)ANDEmotional and Behavioral Disabilities (830)ORLearning Disabilities (811).
