Showroom Coordinator/ Sales Assistant
We are a multi-line showroom looking for a Showroom Coordinator / Sales Assistant to support all facets of sales. The ideal candidate must have some apparel, sales and/or office experience.
Responsibilities: -manage daily operations of a multi-line showroom which include multiple projects, have the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as appropriate -strong support for the sales team - help to manage relations with existing and prospective accounts -basic admin duties including processing orders, filter incoming calls, invoicing designers, sample coordinating, filing, entering orders, ordering supplies, etc. -assist owners of the showroom -maintain overall appearance of the showroom
Requirements: -Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written -Must have an interest in sales and fashion -Must have strong WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK experience -Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player with an energetic and friendly attitude -Must be sales minded and be able to problem solve -Must be willing to learn and grow with our team
