QinetiQ North America is seeking a Software Development Manager for an upcoming opportunity. Qualifications:
Required Professional Experience: * Ten (10) years experience leading and managing software development projects. At least two (2) years of this experience must have been obtained in an NSA-oriented environment. * Six (6) years experience in detailed management and oversight of a Contractor or Government team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting. * Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Full-scope Polygraph.
Desired Professional Experience: * Two (2) years experience as a software engineer using object oriented techniques and software configuration management tools. * Demonstrated technical writing skills.
Desired Education: * A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years experience. A Master’s Degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years experience. Apply for this job:
