We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, Strategic Marketing, to help us grow and manage the business. In this role you will be responsible for assessing, evaluating and measuring the market for online corporate travel management and making recommendations based on your findings. This includes creating and maintaining the market opportunity map; conducting competitive market research; participating in pricing and packaging activities; identifying new ways to grow Egencia's revenues and profit and helping to define the overall global offering.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage ongoing market research (including surveys) and disseminate insight to the appropriate teams in a consumable form Design and deliver market sizing and opportunity maps, which will help drive more effective marketing activities Design and deliver customer segmentation Participate in activities to raise Egencia revenue and profitability, including ongoing evaluation of pricing and packaging, and working closely with product management to determine which features to monetize Conduct ad hoc research and analyses related to the market or our offering as needed to support decision making across other parts of the business Present and communicate with company executives, including vice presidents, senior vice presidents, and presidents in North America and Europe
Qualifications:
BA or BS in a related field; MBA preferred. 3-5 years experience in marketing, finance, or consulting Travel industry experience strongly preferred but not required Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills Proven ability to work across teams (cross-cultural experience a plus) Ability to summarize findings, extract takeaways and make recommendations based on analyses Strong oral and written communication skills High comfort level with powerpoint and excel Desire to have fun while working in a fast paced, high growth business
