Sr Demand Planning Analyst
Support global planning and buy process through analysis, problem solving, and process refinement
Create and Maintain Global Demand Plans Create Long Range Plans by region and category Maintain Mid-Range Plans per trend and forecast updates Adjust Short Range sub-category mix and detail Collaborate with Regions & Sourcing on changes/trend Prepare and present monthly updates to internal team Provide ad hoc reporting to external stakeholders Create and Maintain Seasonal Key Item Plans Conduct historical analysis of key item groups Create key items plans based on history and trend Adjust plans for special product requirements by region Reconcile plans with Global Demand Plan by region-month Collaborate with Regions & Sourcing on changes/trend Prepare and present monthly updates to internal team Provide ad hoc reporting to external stakeholders Lead Seasonal & Monthly Buy Operations Drive sku setup for global on-time buy readiness Facilitate special purchases per market requirements Provide decisions on execution of materials and tooling Provide root cause/cost impact on air freight requests Contribute to continuous improvement of process and systems via recommendations for coding and usability Drive System and Data Integrity Coach and cross-train colleagues on best practices for process and system utilization. Share expertise with CIA's, Database Administrator and IT to ensure integrity of information and processing. Collaborate with IT department on current system maintenance, product enhancements, and new product implementations.
