Job Description
Summary :
The Financial Analyst supports the Bloomington facility in planning, forecasting and reporting the following activities: inventory, fixed assets, capital spending, and conversion loss. This position interacts with all levels of personnel within the facility and reports to a Manager of Cost Accounting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (these are primary responsibilities of the role and the incumbent will perform other duties as assigned) :
• Planning, forecasting, and reporting inventory, prepaids, material variances, and conversion loss for the Bloomington facility.
• Lead development and analysis for the material and conversion loss portion of the annual standard costing process.
• Lead implementation of system and procedure improvements to ensure inventory integrity.
• Perform monthly integrity inventory ledger and reserve analysis, prepaid supplies analysis, conversion loss analysis, and material variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal controls
• Serve as key financial contact to functions/teams as assigned within the facility.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications ):
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include: JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise, etc.)
Physical / Safety Requirements:
• Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends.
• Position requires sitting for long hours, but may involve walking or standing for periods of time.
• Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required.
