Description
- This is a multi-level role (E8/E9) - The Senior Financial Analyst consolidates reporting for Hot Fill Supply Chain including manufacturing, co-pack, logistics and input costs. The incumbent will also lead the forecasting process and play a significant role in the annual operating plan, as well as, provide financial analysis for ad hoc requests and decision support projects. - Lead role for reporting and analyzing supply chain costs for Hot Fill. - Summarize and communicate supply chain business results to SC leadership and Business Unit - Develop insightful analysis on business performance and recommend action plans - Plan, forecast and analyze cost elements held at the division level (MPD, SLCD, Scrap, Deferrals, etc.) - Supply Chain and Mfg KPI reporting support (non-auto data collection, quality control) - Analysis across supply chain including Trade-off analyses (e.g. new material favorable PPV vs. VME or materials loss, Inventory build vs. OT, etc) - Timely completion of assigned project work including insights and recommendations (e.g. Sourcing Optimization i2, lease vs. buy, DCF analysis , cost studies , Pack Size P&Ls, etc.)
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting, CPA or MBA a plus - 6+ years accounting and financial analysis experience - Ability to effectively interact with senior management - Excellent analytical skills and ability to determine action plans - Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effectiveness cross functionally - Results oriented, with ability to prioritize - Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change - Ability to work independently while keeping manager apprised of progress and issues - Excellent organization and effective communication required - Prefer previous consumer products experience - Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Access a plus
