* Serve as the corporate focal point with the Defense Contract Audit Agency ("DCAA"), Defense Contract Management Agency ("DCMA") and other regulatory entities.? * Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and cost accounting standards.? * Assist with the development of corporate compliance program and revise periodically as appropriate. * Identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and assist in the development and implementation of corrective action plans * Assists corporate compliance on back-office internal readiness reviews * Provide regular guidance as to the allowability of costs under Federal regulations * Stay abreast of changes in U.?S.? government regulations and provide timely and accurate communication of changes to maintain company awareness of government compliance * Maintain multiple Disclosure Statements and provide updates where necessary * Monitor and document accounting changes and support the preparation of the related cost impact analysis. * Support/?assist with the preparation, negotiation, and audit of forward pricing rates and incurred cost submissions * Assist with the development, coordination, and participation in Compliance educational and training programs. Generate periodic status reports, including tracking of required compliance training completion rates. * Maintain and monitor a centralized schedule of compliance reporting requirements and ensure that all required corporate reports are filed in accordance with applicable regulations. Responsible for supporting compliance programs and/or audit activities. Prepares and completes regulatory and compliance documents to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and federal, state, and local government regulations (e.g. DCAA, DCMA, DOL, etc.). Maintains audit log to document and prioritize audit requests. Stays abreast of changes in government and contractual regulations and communicates changes to promote company awareness of regulations. May be responsible for some or all of the following: report creation and generation, data auditing, and creation/modification of policy and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6-9 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally performed in a normal office environment where there is minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Job assignments may require working at client site where working conditions may vary. Travel may be required. Required Skills
* Bachelors degree in accounting or business * Minimum of 10 years in the U.?S.? federal contracting environment; 4 years in compliance management * In-depth, detailed working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards, and Truth In Negotiations Act and be considered a subject matter expert * Proven track record of resolving compliance and cost accounting issues with DCAA and DCMA * Excellent oral and written communication as well as teamwork skills * Self-directed and highly-motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, rapid-growth, hands-on environment * Candidates may be subject to a Background Investigation
