The EPG Finance and Business Operations team is looking for a self-motivated Senior Program Manager to run the worldwide EPG Rhythm of the Business (ROB). The ideal candidate will have the ability to program manage thru successful collaboration with key stakeholders, continuously improvement of the process and excellence in execution. This is an impactful position requiring a thought leader who has a track record for managing complex projects and can work closely with program and process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to scope, schedule, prioritize with high business impact.

Responsibilities: Drive productive business discussions with the 13 Area leadership teams thru the WW EPG ROB process: Monthly Business Update (MBU) and Quarterly Business Update (QBU). Collaborate with Public Sector and Communication Sector to drive consistency and streamlined efforts across the three sectors and the execution of their respective ROB. Partner with Microsoft International (MSI) and Time Zone Leads to integrate processes and leverage common reporting infrastructure on business reporting. Perform standard release and project management duties such as; business analysis, issue management, risk and mitigation planning, and gap assessment (resource/budget/schedule). Collaboratively evaluates opportunities by leading efforts in the collection of appropriate business requirements, facilitating scoping/evaluation process, and proactively managing milestone achievement. Leads cross-functional teams through work stream milestones and drives for resolution on complicated issues. Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners at Director, General Manager and Vice President levels as necessary to work through business problems, communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. Participate in executive reviews and drive socialization of insights and recommendations across related operation teams, engineering partners, and customer/partner teams. Develop and implement programs with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness with business partners in mind. Properly document business management processes and educate key stakeholders. Communication responsibilities include the following: o Monthly communiqu to A13 and key corporate stakeholders on the ROB process; o Project Management - Business model impacts, project status reports; o Leadership Update Presentations - Report outs, post-mortem, future recommendations.
Required Qualifications: BA/ BS Degree 7+ years demonstrated program and project management, planning, design, and implementation experience. Three to five years of experience working with enterprise sales and marketing teams. 5 years of experience managing multiple cross team projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidate must have the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management, with the capability to guide, educate, and influence the thinking of senior decision makers. Excellent attention to detail, and works effectively under deadline constraints. Ability to achieve results both through individual and cross team efforts, show a propensity for learning, and demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound solutions.
