Duties: Essential Functions
? Perform invoicing and revenue recognition for contracts. This includes ensuring that all revenue recognition for the company is done in accordance with GAAP and current software revenue recognition standards.
? Maintain proper accounting for assigned chart of accounts for companies worldwide.
? Provide to management financial reports as requested pertaining to assigned accounts and companies.
? Manage order processor and A/R Collections persons
? Maintain deferred revenue and related accounts
? Maintain Inventory accounts for contracts and add-on orders
? Work with Implementations team to ensure financial information is available and accurate.
? Balance Sheet account reconciliations as required
Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
? Prior accounting experience and proven skills
? Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
? Revenue Recognition experience in the software industry is a plus
? Great Plains experience is a plus
Education and Experience
? BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance
? 1-3 years experience with similar job related duties.
